Introduction  
Alloken, LLC respects each individual’s and institution’s right to privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at Alloken, LLC’s Web site.

Part I.  Information Collection  
Alloken, LLC collects information through our Web site at several points. Alloken, LLC asks for some personal information when a user creates an account, including contact information and a password, which is used to protect the account from unauthorized access. An account allows a user to access many of our services that require registration.

Similar to other web services, Alloken, LLC records the following general data that is not personally identifiable information such as account activity (number of log-ins), data displayed or clicked on (including UI elements and links); and other log information (including browser type, IP-address, date and time of access, cookie ID, and referrer URL).

We do employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable Alloken, LLC to track usage patterns and authorize logged in users. Our cookies have an expiration date. Our cookies do not collect personally identifiable information. 

Part II.  Information Usage  
We will NOT share user identifiable data with any third party, unless specifically authorized by the user to do so. Details of such potential arrangements will be clearly specified if/when any arrangement develops. At present no such arrangement is contemplated.

The information collected by Alloken, LLC will be used for account authorization and for the fulfillment of service requests. Users who provide information will receive access to Alloken services and emails announcing changes or updates to services.

Out of respect for the privacy of our users, we follow an “Opt-In” policy concerning communications. Registered users may receive additional announcements from us about products, new services, and special deals; however, users will not be contacted unless they specifically agree to such communications.

The information we collect will not be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history. We will not supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources.

If our policy on information collection or uses changes, Alloken, LLC will advise you by prominently displaying changes at www.alloken.com.
